Boundary Disputes & Problems
Hannaway & Hannaway, have extensive experience of working on boundary dispute resolution both directly with individuals, neighbours and intermediaries such as solicitors, property developers and land agents.
What We Do
As experienced land surveyors we are qualified in the area of mapping and measurement, so having a detailed survey of a property, either to determine a boundary position before it gets to a dispute or to help resolve an ongoing boundary issue, provides a clear basis from which to work.
The appointment of an independent and suitably qualified expert is advisable to analyse deed plans, Land Registry documents and any other relevant information. We can if necessary, prepare a report that may, in many cases, be used to settle a dispute without having to go through a costly court case. All our reports are prepared in accordance withy RICS Practice Guidelines "Surveyors acting as Expert Witness" Second edition.
